Will all people taking part in field outings please come suitably dressed. The coast is usually several degrees colder than inland Norfolk! Good strong boots or Wellingtons also recommended.

NarVOS winter bird count (all week). Please contact the Winter and Summer Count Coordinator: jasron@eidosnet.co.uk. Records of all species in the Nar Valley recording area for this week with significant numbers noted also. |

NarVOS winter bird race. Teams of 2,3 or 4. Start at
07.30 anywhere in NarVOS, end at 17.00 at Knight's Hill. To
participate teams must register with the Chairman by Thursday 15th
